Modern Slavery Policy

The Inlogik Modern Slavery policy provides the overarching framework for recognition of, assessment and mitigation actions required within our business and supply chain to mitigate Modern Slavery Risks.

Compliance Framework

We have developed a compliance management system for Employee onboarding and Supplier onboarding for enforcing ethical business conduct and compliance for Modern Slavery Risks.  Every Inlogik Employee is made aware of the Employee Handbook (including Code of Conduct), Modern Slavery Policy and Supplier Due Diligence policies and programs and undertakes training at least annually.   These programs are monitored quarterly for Compliance by our Security Risk Committee and Risk Committees (Board committee).  And risks identified are investigated and mitigations monitored at Board level.

Inlogik maintains a Supplier Register of key suppliers that provide goods and services to our global entities.  All suppliers are assessed at time of onboarding and all High Risk suppliers are reviewed annually.
